Had a great experience here and now Ink It is my new go-to printing shop. I placed orders at two big online shops (the studio, threadlogic) and I'm still waiting to receive those orders. Meanwhile Brandon personally walked me through all of my options, beat the competition on price and timeline, communicated throughout the process (<1 hour response times), and delivered within a week. Highly recommend giving these guys a call before placing an order elsewhere. Bonus points: there's a nice dog named Rosie in the shop.
Came in today to get a quote for an embroidery to honor a family member who recently passed away. Rich was friendly, helpful and told me it would be done by next week. I got the sense that Rich could tell that this was something important to me. He ended up reaching out to me with a proof later that afternoon and was even accommodating to my changes. I was surprised when he reached out to me before closing to let me know that my items were complete. The final product exceeded my expectations and was beautiful! THANK YOU Rich! You truly made my day and made something so little mean so much to us. My son can now honor is aunt at his games starting tomorrow and find comfort in knowing that she will always be by his side.

Excellent work done by Brandon. Did a great job designing and installing the vinyl on my truck and had my business cards printed quickly. Great communication during the design process and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.
